Douglas Fir Seedling

Douglas fir height can range greatly, between 40-300 feet.  As it grows, Douglas fir forms into a pyramidal shape making it a good Christmas tree. The needles are dark green and radiate in all directions off the branches. This NON-NATIVE tree from the Pacific Northwest prefers well-drained soils with medium sun.
